Serve

Volunteer

It’s true that many hands make light work and there’s always plenty that needs to be done at church. At St Matthew’s we try to use our individual gifts and talents to serve God. Whether it’s music, gardening, preaching, cleaning, youth work or making a great cup of tea, there are plenty of in-house and outreach ministries where your service would be invaluable.

Give

We believe that giving a portion of our money to God and his church regularly keeps our hearts from becoming greedy and it keeps our church healthy financially.

If you would like to give to St. Matthew’s, the easiest way is to donate online.

Alternatively, you can put cash in an envelope at church or transfer directly into the church bank account:

Account Name: St Matthew’s Church
Sort code: 30-99-06
Account no: 00060947

If you are eligible for Gift Aid, please send your name and address to giftaid@stmatthewswalsall.co.uk so that this can be setup.

If you shop online, a percentage of your purchase could go to St Matthew’s so you can give to the church while you shop. Find out more and sign up here.

You can also find out more about our supporters and make a donation specifically for our Legacy Project here.

Pray

We believe that prayer works, God hears us when we call to him and prayer brings healing, comfort and change.
